A mixture of Levilactobacillus brevis and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum with a wide temperature range. Do not use the mixture above 35°C (95°F). Maximum fermentation develops within 24-72 hours. Extremely sensitive to hops, even 2 IBU can prevent fermentation.
