Chateau CHOCOLAT LIGHT - Belgian roasted malt
Château Chocolat light is the perfect intermediate between Château Café and Château Chocolat. After increasing the color, this malt will add nutty and strong coffee notes to the beer, but will not be as bitter as Château Chocolat. This malt will provide brown to dark hues and a wonderfully smooth mouthfeel. For dark and black beers such as porter, stout, brown styles up to 7%.
