Chateau BISCUIT - Belgian malt
A unique and very special Belgian malt. Château Biscuit® malt adds a warm aroma and flavor to bread and biscuits. It has a light to medium warm brown wort color. This malt is used to enhance the roasty flavor and aroma characteristic of beer and lager, providing subtle characteristics of black and chocolate malt flavors. Without enzymes. Must be blended with malt having excess diastatic power. It is used in the production of most special beer styles - English ale, brown ale, porter, stout and others. Up to 25%.
