Put the hose connected to the automatic siphon tap inside demijohn (or carboy). Insert the automatic siphon tap in the bottle. Start siphoning process suck the tube on the top of the tap. While filling, adjust the pressure gauge till is stop cliking. Getting to the end of the siphoning there will be less pressure, the siphon tap gauge will automatically move backwards.
