It is a versatile strain with a very neutral sensory impact, suitable for many types of wine, especially white, rosé and sparkling wines. This fast-fermenting yeast is very robust, tolerating difficult fermentation conditions and up to 18% alcohol content.
Suitable for Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, vegetable wine, etc.
Alcohol tolerance: 18% ABV
Directions for use: Add directly to grape must and mix well. You will achieve the best results by fermenting at a temperature of 14-32 °C.
