Tannisol is a complex antiseptic and antioxidant product for the protection of wine and juice.
Used in wine, it protects against common wine defects such as vinegar bacteria and rancidity, and protects against oxidation-induced changes (browning, cloudiness, loss of aroma). Used in clarified and filtered wines, helps
avoid change and maintain transparency. Added to the wort before fermentation, its antiseptic effect favorably affects the selected microflora, so that fermentation is complete and of high quality.

▪ 2 packets/100l for unfiltered wine.
