"Talus" is an aromatic hop that is usually used only at the end of cooking, including dry hopping.
Formerly called HBC 692, the newly named Talus is an aromatic hop used at the end of the boil and in dry hops. It provides an intense hoppy aroma that is perfect for IPAs and other hoppy beers. Talus hops have notes of grapefruit, flowers, stone fruit, cream, pine and resins.
