A typical fermentation with LalBrew New England™ produces tropical and fruity esters, especially stone fruits like peaches. Due to the expression of the β-glucosidase enzyme, LalBrew New England™ can promote hop biotransformation and enhance hop flavor and aroma. LalBrew New England™ has medium attenuation and medium flocculation, making it perfect for East Coast style beers.
