Idaho 7 is an aromatic hop that is usually used only at the end of the boil, including dry hopping.
Idaho 7 hops are famous for their juicy tropical fruit and citrus (apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya) aromas with big resinous notes of pine and hints of flowers and black tea. Idaho 7 is suitable for use as a single hop or as a late addition. Due to its high oil content, this hop is ideal for dry hops.
