Dry brewer's yeast - Mangrove Jack M54 Californian lager

A unique lager strain that can ferment at ale temperature without associated off-flavors. It also does not require a longer tanning period.

Suitable for California Common and any lager fermented at ambient (ale) temperature.

Attenuation: High (77-82%)

Flocculation: High

Instructions for use: Pour directly onto up to 23l of wort. You will achieve the best results by fermenting at a temperature of 18-20C.
