Kegland's new BrewZilla Generation 4.0 is designed as a compact brewer that can be operated from a single 16A 220-240V power outlet.
With the integrated RAPT control system connected to WIFI, you can set profiles, delay heating, remote control and more. This device is ideal for those who want to take a step into the malting process and at the same time want full control of the batch from start to finish.
Some of the features that set this brewer apart from other brewer designs:
Fully concave drainage base
The new base design completely drains the water, so you can collect every bit of wort. You no longer need to tilt the brewer to bottle all the wort. This also makes it suitable for CIP cleaning with our new low volume CIP spray rotor (KL04329).
Fake bottom pump protective screen
One of the main features of all BrewZilla single pot units is the false bottom protective screen. This screen helps prevent boiling, filters the wort and prevents over 95% of the hops and hot break from being sucked into the pump, greatly reducing the clogged pump problems that are common with other brewhouse designs.
Ultra low wattage
BrewZilla has a significantly lower wattage than other breweries. The main advantage of lower wattage is that it allows for lighter colored beers that would otherwise caramelize a bit. The ultra-low wattage also means there's less chance of boil-over, less dirt sticking to the cell, making it easier to clean, and ultimately less wear and tear on the cell, so even with heavy use, your cells will last a lot longer.
RAPT/Wifi
The new 4th generation model is the first BrewZilla to connect to the RAPT portal (https://app.rapt.io/). This portal allows you to monitor, record and monitor your brewing process online. This greatly reduces the need to hand-write brew day entries as it is all done automatically. In the RAPT portal, you can also see every previous brew and control the brewer remotely, so you can start preheating the water remotely or simply monitor the brewing process while you do something else.
