SafBrew™ LD-20 is an excellent choice for producing very dry and neutral lagers with lower residual sugar. SafBrew™ LD-20 is formulated with active dry yeast and enzymes, allowing you to produce beers with the same alcohol content but with up to 20% less carbohydrates, including dextrins.
SafBrew LD-20 yeast has several unique properties that make it special in beer brewing:

Reduced sugar content in the final beer. This yeast is characterized by actively breaking down residual sugar during fermentation, so very little sugar remains in the beer, which results in a dry and clean aftertaste. And fewer calories in the beer.

Neutral taste. LD-20 yeast minimally influences the aroma and taste of beer, allowing the main characteristics of ingredients, such as malt or hops, to stand out.

Fermentation versatility. They are suitable for both high and low temperature fermentation, so they can be used for both ales and lagers. Although they are mainly used for lagers.

Alcohol tolerance. This yeast is capable of fermenting wort with higher alcohol concentrations, making it suitable for strong beer styles.
