Coopers Sparkling Ale - Beer extract

Thomas Cooper's first wife, Ann, was the daughter of an innkeeper, so she knew something about brewing. In fact, when Ann fell ill, Thomas used her recipe, which she got from her father, as a tonic drink for his beloved wife. This drink later became the now world-famous Sparkling Ale.

Crafted in the commercial brewing tradition, this Sparkling Ale has a deep golden amber color and rich malt flavor. The beer has a distinctive fruity taste with banana esters, rich hops, a clean bitter taste and a strong foam with a creamy consistency.
